Schedule your Home Inspection
There are just three things you need to do
2.. After you schedule an appointment you will receive an e-mail which includes a link to a "click to agree" Inspection Agreement. Please read this document thoroughly, a signed inspection agreement is required before I can begin the inspection.
3. Payment is due on the day of the inspection. I accept cash, checks, and major credit cards when you use my Online Payment through PayPal.
• I encourage you to be at the inspection. It is a great time to ask questions and get to know the home you will soon own. If you can't be there for the entire inspection you might consider showing up at the end of the inspection which will allow us to go over what I've learned about the property together. • I will deliver your online inspection report usually within 24 hours of finishing the inspection. A bound copy is also available upon request. My inspection reports are detailed and easy to read, with pictures, color coded comments and illustrations. Please take a minute to look at my Sample Home Inspection Report. • Once the items in your Agreed Repairs Addendum have been corrected, you might want to consider having me do a Completion Inspection. I will return to the property and revisit all items of concern mentioned in the original inspection report to verify and document whether the recommended actions have been taken. This is important information to have in order to finalize your negotiations. • Purchasing and moving into a new home is an incredibly busy and potentially hectic time. There can be a lot of information to digest in a properly documented inspection report and all of it may not get digested or seem relevant during those hectic early days. Once you get settled in and life calms down a little, please feel free to call me anytime with questions about your new home and the information in your inspection report. I consider myself your home consultant for as long as you own your home and I am here to help anyway I can.
